Chloe loves the computer and will sit in front of it and play, pushing keys and laughing. I have let her play on my macbook pro before and just oversee her activities, mostly clicking to give the desktop focus so she doesn't launch anything.
So when Thuy put her in front of the mac the other night I wasn't too worried. Then a few minutes later Thuy says, "She's renamed something". I look and now my home directory is named "jj". And all my preferences are no more.
After a web search and some command line repair, I had restored things. I suspect this is the first of many of these incidents.
